Lacey took a few minutes to tap into my energy and began to tell me many truths about myself. She picked up on the two braids I wear my hair in, felt the spirits that I am always protected by, and affirmed my connection to the Angelic Realm. I am extremely devoted to God, but Lacey reminded me that I am worthy of worship as well. When she told me I was here to do great things, she also tapped into my wounds: I'm just an angel girl with a demon cat, I told her. Who I am to deserve such honor? We spoke of the Virgin Mary. When Gabriel appeared in her room and told her who she was, she did not flinch -- "Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word." Every day I pray to be like Mary, and that is why I make so much art about her. My best renderings of her are always divinely inspired, appearing in my head like bolts of lightning. Lacey encouraged me to put myself in her place. "The End of Guilt" is something I made shortly after we spoke. I am taking the sword out of my immaculate heart.
